Literacy
At Seaham High School, one of our key priorities is helping students become strong readers and writers. We provide complete and up-to-date lessons and advice on literacy to empower students in their academic journey. Our goal is to give students the knowledge and skills they need to make smart choices about improving their reading and writing, guiding them through their time in school.
We support all our students in different school years, making sure they're ready for the challenges of growing up and the changing world's demands for strong literacy skills.
Our literacy support is part of regular classes and personal development programs, with special events happening throughout the school year to make learning about reading and writing fun and engaging.
